- Expedited Orders: These orders are prioritized for Next Business Day Dispatch to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

To provide you with the freshest, unprocessed premium donor hair without the retail markup, we ship directly from our global fulfillment centers. Any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping Liability (Lost, Stolen, or Incorrect Address)
- Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address (including Apt/Suite numbers) at checkout. CHIESMA is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is handed over to the carrier and marked as "Delivered" by the tracking system, CHIESMA is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If you cannot locate a delivered package, please contact the local carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL) directly to file a claim.

At Chiesma, we are committed to providing you with premium human hair wigs. Because hair extensions and wigs are considered hygiene products, we take strict measures to ensure the safety and health of all our customers. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. 30-Day Worry-Free Guarantee We get it—sometimes a style just isn't you. That’s why Chiesma offers a 30-Day Return & Exchange Window from the date of delivery. As long as the wig is in its original, uncut, and unworn condition, we are happy to help you find your perfect match.
2. Return Conditions: Keeping It Pristine To keep everyone safe and beautiful, we can only accept returns that meet these original conditions. If a returned item does not meet these hygienic standards, we will not be able to process the refund, and the item will be sent back to you:

The Lace Magic: Please make sure the style is your absolute favorite before reaching for the scissors. Once the excess HD lace is cut, trimmed, or altered in any way, the wig is officially yours to keep.

Original Factory Condition: Wigs that have been washed, conditioned, treated with styling products, bleached, or dyed (even just a small test strand) are no longer eligible for a return.

Loving the Bangs: For our beautiful straight styles with bangs, please try the wig on first to check the fit. Refrain from snipping, plucking, or customizing the fringe until you are 100% sure it’s a keeper.

Original Packaging: Please return the wig with all original tags attached, hair nets, and any complimentary gifts included in the box.
3. The "Perfect Match" Exchange (Fee Waived) Not feeling the length? Wish you got the Body Wave instead? No problem! If you choose to EXCHANGE your item for a different style/length, or opt for STORE CREDIT instead of a direct refund, we will completely waive the restocking fee. We want you to love your Chiesma hair!
4. Shipping & Restocking Fees

Customer Preference (Refunds): If you choose a direct refund to your original payment method because you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover handling and sanitation inspection costs.

Defective or Incorrect Item: If we sent the wrong style, length, or a defective item, Chiesma will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or exchange.
5. How to Initiate a Return (The Safe Return Process) We want to process your request as quickly as possible! Please do not send your package back to the original shipping address printed on the box. That is a general dispatch facility, and your package might get lost.

6. Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 7. Order Cancellation Policy We process orders very quickly! If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info@chiesma.com immediately.

Before Shipment: If your order has not been shipped (unfulfilled), we can cancel it for you. Please note that a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment gateways (like credit cards or PayPal).

After Shipment (In-Transit): Once an order has been shipped out and is in transit, it cannot be canceled. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and apply for a standard return.
8. Refused Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages If you refuse to accept the delivery of your order, or if the package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, the original shipping fee will NOT be refunded. Additionally, any return shipping fees charged by the carrier for the refused package will be deducted from your final refund amount.
