At CHIESMA, true luxury is worth the wait. To ensure the impeccable standard and shed-free longevity of our 100% Virgin Human Hair, every unit undergoes a meticulous 7-step cuticle and lace inspection at our international artisan studio before it is cleared for shipment.

1. Processing Time

Please allow 1-3 business days for cuticle alignment checks, lace customization, and packaging.

(Please note: Processing times do not include weekends or official holidays.)

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

Note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to local customs processing, extreme weather, or seasonal demand.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your luxury unit is dispatched, we will send a Tracking Number directly to your registered email.
(Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier's system to update the tracking information after receiving your shipping confirmation email.)

4. International Fulfillment & Customs

To provide you with the freshest, unprocessed premium donor hair without the retail markup, we ship directly from our global fulfillment centers. Any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping Liability (Lost, Stolen, or Incorrect Address)

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address (including Apt/Suite numbers) at checkout. CHIESMA is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is handed over to the carrier and marked as "Delivered" by the tracking system, CHIESMA is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If you cannot locate a delivered package, please contact the local carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL) directly to file a claim.
